Refund policy

We want you to love your BuzzAway. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging

Non-returnable items:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after the 30-day window

How to start a return:
Contact us at contact@buzzawayco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or defective items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at contact@buzzawayco.com and we'll replace it free of charge — no need to return the original.
